Dhania or cilantro, or coriander, is one of the most famous herbs used in cooking worldwide. However, in India, dhania is used passionately everywhere in the country. Grounded dhania powder is made from dried and powdered dhania seeds and is one of the most prominent spices in an Indian spice box. It is used in almost every recipe with that classic Indian flavour and turmeric, red chilli powder, and cumin powder.
