· Cashews
· Walnuts
· Raisins
· Dried Figs
· Seedless Dates
· Ghee
· Cardamom Powder
How to Make
1. Start by lightly roasting the Shreeji Premium almonds, cashews, and walnuts on low heat until warm and aromatic.
2. Pulse them in a mixer until coarse.
3. Now chop dates and figs, then blend lightly until they turn pasty.
4. Warm ghee in a pan and then add the dry fruit mix, date-fig paste, and cardamom powder.
5. Mix on low flame for a minute then switch off the heat.
6. While the mix is warm, shape them into small laddus.
Saffron & Dry-Fruit Milk
Ingredients –
· Milk
· Soaked Almonds
· Pistachios
· Cashews
· Turmeric
· Jaggery
How to Make
1. Grind Almond, Cashews, and Pistachios into a fine paste with a little milk.
2. Heat the remaining milk.
3. Add the nut paste and whisk continuously to avoid lumps.
4. Add saffron and turmeric
5. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
6. Sweeten with Jaggery.
Honey Granola Bowl
Ingredients
· Rolled oats
· Almonds
· Walnuts
· Pistachios
· Raisins
· Chia Seeds
· Honey
· Cinnamon Powder
How to Make –
1. Mix oats, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, and chia seeds in a bowl.
2. Pour Honey over the oat-nut mix and combine well.
3. Spread on a baking tray and bake at 150 Celsius for 10-15 minutes, stirring once halfway.
4. Let it cool, then add raisins.
