Shipping and Returns Policy
We, at Shreeji Foods, understand the importance of delivering the products on time to our customers. We deliver products all over India and offer free shipping on orders above INR 499 (in Mumbai only).
• We will try our best to deliver your order within 3 working days, however, the delivery may take up to 5-7 working days during holidays, festivals or any such special circumstances.
• Orders will be taken only between Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
• Each order comes with a tracking ID which will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order on our official website www.shreejifoods.in
• We use the best courier services to deliver your order. However, in case you receive your order in a damaged condition, do feel free to reach out to our customer support. We will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund depending upon the circumstances. The refund will be processed only after we receive the product and check it.
• You can also refuse to take the delivery of the order if you feel that the packaging of the order has been tampered with. In that case, reach out to our customer support so that we can take care of that issue.
• In case there is nobody at your address to receive the order, it will be delivered back to us. In that case, we will refund you the product amount excluding the shipping amount.
• Replacement will be allowed only when the customer files a request within 24hrs of the delivery of the product.
• Our concerned person will thoroughly check the product after we receive it and it will be replaced or the refund will be initiated only when it is established that the fault is from our side. In that case, we will offerae refund along with the shipping charges.
• Exchange or Refund will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
a. Customer does not like the product.
b. Wrong order was placed by the customer.
c. Order damaged due to the customer’s negligence.
d. Unavailability of unboxing video to support the customer’s claims.
You can request for a replacement or a refund if the following conditions apply:
a. Order received is physically damaged (Unpacking or Unboxing video required)
b. Order received is different from it’s description on the product detail page on Shreeji Foods.
c. Product packaging was tampered during the delivery.
